Passengers traveling by tram 2119 in Rotterdam have the chance to meet aliens during their journey! For the promotion of a science fiction exposition in the Kunsthal Rotterdam an AR screen has replaced the rear window of the tram.

The AR screen shows what you would normally see through the rear window, meaning the streets of Rotterdam, but with a little addition. The surprise lies in the fact that aliens and UFOs will randomly appear as if they are really on the streets. They will fly along with the tram and fight their own space battles.

The tram experience has surprised many of the travellers as well as created a lot of attention for the art exhibition.
