What is a 360º perspective video?
360º videos can be used to expose employees to different workplace scenarios related to diversity. For example, situations in which cultural differences play a role. This helps increase understanding and respect for diversity within the organization.
You can use a 360º video to generate awareness and understanding among viewers. This can be achieved by literally giving someone a glimpse through another person’s eyes. The viewer sees a scenario from someone else’s point of view and experiences the situation from their personal perspective.
