Clever created a 360° video showcasing the benefits of mobile devices in waste management vehicles, offering a realistic and immersive experience for clients to see how automation can streamline their processes.
The Client
Clever is a consultancy company specializing in advising organizations within the waste management industry on software, operations, and IT. Their goal is to automate various processes, such as eliminating paper-based tasks like route lists and weigh tickets, through the implementation of mobile devices.
The Question
Clever wanted to showcase the benefits of mobile devices in waste management vehicles to demonstrate how these devices could streamline work processes. They sought to create a 360° video that would illustrate these advantages to potential clients.
The Solution
In the 360° video, the viewer is placed inside a waste collection vehicle, where a mobile device is mounted. The video highlights the benefits of the device eliminating paperwork and consolidating everything in one place. The video also walks through the steps required to start using the mobile device, with added 2D icons providing further information throughout. The 360° video was created with 3D models to ensure a realistic and fully animated experience, providing potential clients with a clear view of how the mobile device improves operations. Clever also now owns 3 Oculus Go headsets to showcase the video in VR.
