An application and a content management system (CMS) have been developed for this. These make it easy to share content such as 3D models, 2D videos, photos and PDFs with each other.
The CMS is intended to upload content, after which it becomes a marker in the form of a QR code. This marker can be scanned with the smartphone application called KTS Hotspot Scanner. This app can visualize the content, and even show the 3D models in augmented reality.
An application that is connected to a content management system, making it very easy for the teacher and student to share and visualize different types of content. This was presented during the opening of the Technology Hotspot KTS where several Oculus Quest headsets were also present to introduce the students to the magic of virtual reality.
The students were enthusiastic and could not wait to start creating their own augmented reality projects.
