Volkswagen is about to launch the new T-Cross model. To create buzz around the release and to engage with their fans the company created an exclusive VR app. Users can select, configure and even pre-order, all while immersed in VR.
To help the dealerships as well as the users the ‘Sibs’ was introduced. A virtual assistance which guides the user through the process. During the configuration users can style and compare colors, features and styles to find their perfect match. After which Volkswagen offers an exclusive experience by giving the opportunity to take the T-Cross for a virtual test drive after which a order is even more likely.
Volkswagen created an interactive experience to excite potential buyers and give them a sneak peak before the official release. By limiting the campaign to a select number of dealerships they offer a great incentive to go out and experience the new T-Cross.
